I’m a registered acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner based in Abbotsford, Melbourne, Australia.

I offer in-person acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and integrative care supporting pain, stress, fertility, digestive health, trauma recovery and overall wellbeing.

My practice is informed by the wisdom of nature-based medicine systems and ancient traditions, grounded within an evidence-informed and trauma-aware framework. I work with the whole person — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual — honouring the deep interconnection between these realms.

My Personal Healing Path

I came to the healing path through my own lived experience of deep personal and ancestral trauma, which manifested as depression, anxiety, disconnection, and lack of self-love.

Over time, I came to understand that my sensitivity — once experienced as suffering — was in fact a gift. Through my own healing, that suffering was transformed into compassion, empathy, and the capacity to support others.

Being of service, and engaging in compassionate practice, has been integral to my own healing and continues to align me with my spiritual path. Nature’s wisdom has always been my guide, and it is deeply embedded in the medicine systems I practice.

Art, Nature & Creative Healing

Alongside my clinical work, I am a nature-inspired artist, creating:

  • Botanical eco-prints with plant dyes

  • Ceramics

  • Watercolour and natural pigment works

I am currently developing an art therapy offering, combining creative expression with nature-based healing for individuals and small groups.

Giving Back

To support a wider web of care, I donate 5% of my income to organisations focused on:

  • Environmental and wildlife protection

  • Social justice and humanitarian support

Including Friends of the Earth, WIRES, TreeSisters, Sea Shepherd, Art to Healing, and others.

Working Together

I offer care that is grounded, gentle, and deeply personalised, supporting you to reconnect with your innate capacity for healing, balance, and wholeness.

If you feel called to work together, I warmly welcome you.
