Yoga Therapy- Having received the therapeutic effects of yoga personally for holding space for me through great periods of grief, stress, trauma, exhaustion and imbalance. I was inspired and motivated to learn and incorporate this healing modality as an adjunct to my already existing holistic health practices.

Witnessing the powerful transformations with my students and clients, I love to offer individualized yoga programs to best cater for each individuals needs. Incorporating specific asanas, pranayama (breathwork), chakras (subtle energy centers), meditation, healing practices, and yogic principles based on the 8 limbs of Hatha-Raja Yoga.

Private Yoga Classes- I offer private yoga classes and coaching in person in Melbourne and online worldwide. We will work over a period of time to improve your physical, mental, and spiritual health through the power of yoga.
Retreats and Workshops - I am available to teach classes as part of a retreat program or workshops at your home, business, or retreat. Please contact me and we can discuss how I can help serve your needs.

I primarily teach a combination of a gentle and therapeutic Hatha Raja flow, Yin and Restorative yoga interweave mindfulness with heartfulness, playfulness with earnestness, encouraging my students and clients to drop into deeper self-acceptance, self-care, healing, loving-kindness, compassion, wisdom, intuition, presence, curiousity, openness, creativity and their innate radiance and the interconnectness with entire Universe within and without.
